Terms of Service

Effective May 27, 2026 Version v3.2 Governs all BRIDGE access

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Beltech Corp Holdings, Inc., the operator of BRIDGE ("BRIDGE", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or sending an API call, you accept these Terms.

If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not have that authority, do not accept these Terms.

The Service

BRIDGE is a verification protocol that dispatches Customer-supplied content to a panel of frontier AI models, adjudicates disagreement through structured adversarial debate, and returns a signed consensus result with confidence score and audit trail.

The Service is accessed through (a) the BRIDGE web application, (b) the BRIDGE REST API, (c) official SDKs, (d) BRIDGE-distributed integrations (Chrome, VS Code, GitHub Action, MCP server, Zapier), or (e) Enterprise deployments executed inside Customer infrastructure.

// MODEL OUTPUTS

BRIDGE does not generate primary content. Outputs reflect consensus among the model panel and should be reviewed before reliance for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, including API keys. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

One person or organization may not maintain multiple Starter accounts to circumvent quota limits. We reserve the right to terminate duplicate accounts.

Acceptable Use

You will not use the Service to: (a) generate or disseminate material that violates law; (b) attempt to reverse engineer the model panel composition or adversarial debate logic; (c) circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security controls; (d) provide false attribution of consensus results; (e) impersonate other Customers or BRIDGE personnel.

See our Acceptable Use Policy for the complete list.

Customer Content

You retain all rights to content you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant BRIDGE a limited license to process Customer Content solely to deliver the Service, including dispatching it to the model panel and recording it in the audit trail.

BRIDGE will not use Customer Content to train any model, sell Customer Content, or share Customer Content with third parties except (a) the model panel members for the limited purpose of returning a verification result, and (b) where required by law.

Fees & Billing

Fees are billed in arrears for usage-based components and in advance for subscription components. All fees are stated in US dollars and exclude taxes, which are your responsibility unless otherwise indicated.

Subscription tiers renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. Refunds for unused portions are not available except where required by law.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including the consensus protocol, debate orchestration, audit chain, model performance analytics, and supporting software, is the intellectual property of BRIDGE. These Terms do not grant you any rights other than the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7.1 Aggregated Data

BRIDGE generates anonymized, aggregated performance analytics from verification operations across the platform. This aggregated data contains no customer-identifiable information, no original content, and no personally identifiable information. Aggregated data is used to:

  • Improve routing intelligence and model-selection algorithms.
  • Compute the BRIDGE Index — a public benchmark of AI model performance across production workloads.
  • Generate anonymized research datasets available to qualified academic and research institutions.
  • Produce industry-intelligence reports for enterprise subscribers.

Individual verification content is never stored, shared, or identifiable in any aggregated dataset. Only metadata — model identifiers, confidence scores, agreement / disagreement flags, latency measurements, and content type classifications — is retained in anonymized form.

By using the Service, you consent to the inclusion of anonymized verification metadata in BRIDGE's aggregated analytics. You may opt out of aggregated-data inclusion by contacting support@getbridge.dev, though this may limit certain features.

Confidentiality

Each party will hold the other's Confidential Information in confidence, use it only to perform under these Terms, and protect it with at least reasonable care. Confidential Information does not include information that is public, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party.

Warranties

BRIDGE warrants that the Service will materially conform to the documentation. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND BRIDGE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

BRIDGE does not warrant that consensus results are correct, complete, or suitable for any particular use. The Service is a verification tool, not a substitute for professional judgment.

Liability

EXCEPT FOR (A) BREACHES OF CONFIDENTIALITY, (B) INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS, (C) GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR FRAUD, EACH PARTY'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS IS CAPPED AT THE FEES PAID OR PAYABLE BY CUSTOMER IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if advised of their possibility.

Indemnification

BRIDGE will defend Customer against any third-party claim that the Service, as provided, infringes a US patent, copyright, or trademark, and will pay damages finally awarded.

Customer will defend BRIDGE against any third-party claim arising from Customer's misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

Term & Termination

These Terms begin on your account creation and continue until terminated. Either party may terminate for material breach if uncured 30 days after written notice. On termination: (a) your access ends, (b) outstanding fees become due, (c) BRIDGE will delete Customer Content within 30 days (longer if required by law).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.

General

These Terms (with any incorporated documents) are the entire agreement. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in force.
