Acceptable Use Policy
Overview
BRIDGE is verification infrastructure for serious work. The behaviors below are not allowed regardless of tier, intent, or context. Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
This policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service. The list below is illustrative, not exhaustive — we reserve discretion to enforce against unlisted conduct that is materially equivalent.
Prohibited Content
Do not submit content that:
- Sexualizes minors, depicts non-consensual sexual conduct, or facilitates such conduct.
- Promotes terrorism, mass violence, or genocide.
- Provides operational instructions for weapons capable of mass casualty (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, cyber).
- Constitutes targeted harassment of identifiable individuals.
- Infringes intellectual property you do not have rights to verify.
- Contains malware, ransomware, or unauthorized credentials/keys you do not own.
Prohibited Uses
Do not use the Service to:
- Generate or disseminate election disinformation.
- Conduct credentialed impersonation (academic, medical, legal, financial) without proper authority.
- Provide fully-automated legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice to end-users without licensed-professional review.
- Build a competitor by extracting model panel logic, debate orchestration, or the consensus protocol.
- Resell raw model output as a BRIDGE consensus result (this is fraud — see Section 06).
- Apply BRIDGE certifications to deployments that did not actually undergo certification.
High-Risk Uses
For decisions that materially affect life, liberty, health, or finances, BRIDGE output must be reviewed by a qualified professional before reliance. Verification reduces error — it does not eliminate it.
The following uses require an enterprise contract with documented human oversight:
- Clinical diagnosis support, treatment recommendation, or triage.
- Loan underwriting, insurance claims adjudication, or other consumer-affecting financial decisions.
- Hiring decisions or workforce surveillance.
- Criminal justice applications, including sentencing or pre-trial risk.
- Autonomous decisions in safety-critical systems (medical devices, vehicles, industrial control).
Technical Limits
- Do not exceed published rate limits, or attempt to do so via multiple accounts.
- Do not run security scans, fuzzers, or load tests without prior written authorization.
- Do not attempt to access another tenant's data.
- Do not interfere with the audit chain — falsifying, replaying, or fabricating consensus IDs.
- Do not impersonate BRIDGE personnel, support staff, or system messages.
Enforcement
When we identify a likely violation, depending on severity we may: (a) warn, (b) suspend specific functionality, (c) suspend the account pending investigation, (d) terminate the account, (e) cooperate with law enforcement. Enterprise accounts are notified before termination except where prohibited by law.
Fraudulent attribution of BRIDGE certifications (Section 03) is treated as material breach and may result in disclosure of the misrepresentation to affected parties.
Reporting Abuse
Report suspected violations to abuse@getbridge.dev. Include the consensus ID or account identifier if known. We respond within 48 hours and prioritize CSAM, election-integrity, and imminent-harm reports for same-day action.
